Human Performance in Aviation Maintenance is an analysis of a maintenance related accident on a Canadian Air Force C-130. It describes the chain of human events which was its cause including a reenactment of the procedure, a description of the personal situations of those involved and post accident interviews and inquiries. This film is about why people make errors and procedures which can be implemented to minimize them. Some issues discussed are personal stress, job related stress, fatigue, routine work, artificial deadlines, poor communications, lack of knowledge, and personal pride.
