Retail Customer Return Policy
Everything purchased from Aircraft Technical Book Company or any of its partners or affiliates comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee, including eBooks and eVideos. If you don't like it, or it is not what you were looking for, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. All we ask is that you make your decision within 90 days and the item be returned in re-sellable condition. If an item is defective or if we made an error, we will refund the cost of shipping too.
A pre-return authorization is not necessary. However please include with your return either a copy of your receipt, your order number, or your name and complete shipping address and contact information, along with instructions on how you would like to be reimbursed.

Wholesale Customer Dealer Return Policy
Overstocked items purchased by schools and bookstores at wholesale prices may be returned at any time for credit or exchange according to the following:
- 1] The item must be current, unsold, unused, and in resalable condition.
- 2] Wholesale returns may be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
- 3] Wholesale returns are credited to future purchases and are not eligible for cash refunds.
- 4] Special order items (items not in our regular catalog) are not returnable.
Cover returns of revising material:
Unsold, unused copies of revising titles such as FAR/AIMs, Test Guides, etc. are returnable during the specified period for that item, as indicated in the password protected Cover Return Deadlines webpage. Wholesale customers, if you need a reminder on your username and/or password required to enter this webpage, please call us at 970.726.5111.
Notices of revising items and cover return deadlines are also sent by e-mail. To receive these email notices, please be sure to provide us with an e-mail address from which you can receive bulk messages. Please; we can not be responsible for missed e-mails or those not received because of changed addresses or your spam filter settings.
Typically, we need only the front and back covers of books being returned under this program. The remainder of the book can be discarded. Your account will be credited for the full wholesale cost of the items being returned, not including shipping charges. If you want current replacements, a new order will be created which will be offset by the return credit.
Remember to check unsold kits for returnable items within them.
Pre-return authorization is not necessary for cover returns, as long as the front and back covers are sent back before the posted deadline.
Cover returns are NOT subject to the 5% restocking fee.
